Room Rate: $199.00 + applicable taxes
Room Cut-off Date: Rooms must be booked by Tuesday, April 21, 2022
Room Cancellation: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to guarantee each reservation. This deposit will be charged by the hotel as early as May 2, 2022.
The Hotel requires cancellations be made 72-hours prior to the check-in date to avoid forfeiting the deposit of one night’s room and tax.

Our Housing Partner, ConferenceDirect, will charge a cancellation fee based on the following schedule:
- Opening Date – Tuesday, March 1: cancellation fee of $30.00
- Wednesday, March 2 – Thursday, March 31: cancellation fee of $60.00
- Friday, April 1 – arrival: cancellation fee of $90.00
Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “ConferenceDirect LLC”.
Please book your hotel room as soon as possible. They will fill up quickly.
