TRAIN DISCOUNT
Amtrak is offering a discount off the lowest available fare to Salt Lake City from September 18 – 27, 2008. To book space, call Amtrak at 1-800-872-7245 or contact your local travel agent. Make sure you refer to fare order number X10R-927 when making your reservations. This offer is not valid on Auto Train, Acela Express 1st Class, Metroliner Club Car service or Sleeping Accommodation charges. Fare is valid on Acela Regional service. Fare is valid on Acela Express Business Class and Metroliner Coach Service during off-peak weekday travel and all departures on weekends. Visit www.amtrak.com to make reservations.
EXPRESS SHUTTLE
For transfers from the Salt Lake International Airport to Salt Lake City, reservations will not be required. Just let the Airport Desk agent know you are with the AREMA 2008 when you check in to receive the discounted rate of $6.00 per person, one way.
Reservations are required for transfers from Salt Lake City to the Salt Lake International Airport. Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible by calling 1-800-397-0773. You must tell the reservationists you are with the conference at the time of the reservation in order to receive the $6.00 rate. Passengers can pay the driver by cash or credit card payments can be taken over the phone.
