Seminar Hours & Location:
Seminars will be held on Wednesday, February 21st in Sacramento, CA and again on Wednesday, February 28th in Atlanta. Each seminar will commence promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.

Enrollment
Advance registration is required. Your registration fee covers the cost of instruction, course materials, and refreshment breaks. Lodging and other meals are not included.

Fees:
Early bird registration by February 9, 2007 is $375 for AREMA members and $500 for nonmembers. After February 9, the fee is $450 for members and $575 for non-members.

Cancellations/Refunds:
Refunds will be issued if the seminar is canceled by AREMA. Participant cancellation is subject to a 20% administrative fee by AREMA. No cancellations will be accepted after February 9, 2007. Cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions may be made for a $50 processing fee.

This seminar is designed for Track Inspectors, Assistant Track Supervisors, Roadmasters, Track Supervisors, Assistant Division Engineers, Division Engineers, Managers and Directors of Track Maintenance for all size railroads and anyone interested in learning more about the principles of effective derailment cause- finding.

Topics will include wheel/rail interference, site investigation, derailments at switches, making station measurements, evaluating mechanical condition of equipment, train handling, data analysis and documenting the cause.
