All Exhibit booths are 10' X 10' (100sq. ft.)
Exhibitors may purchase up to four (4) exhibit booths.
Each 10' X 10' booth is $2100. (10% additional for corner booths)

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Opening Reception:

To kick off the Exposition on Sunday, AREMA is preparing a ceremony with light refreshments. This is an excellent chance to visit old friends and network with new clients. To sponsor the refreshments for this event, please contact AREMA.

Monday Food Stations:

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Food stations will be open in the exhibit hall on Monday afternoon, allowing attendees and exhibitors an excellent chance to network and discuss the presentations from the General Session. To sponsor the refreshments for this event, please contact AREMA.

Corporate Tables at the Annual Chairmen's Luncheon:

Many conference participants attend the Luncheon - this is a great opportunity to purchase a table to entertain current and prospective customers! Corporate tables enjoy a premier and visible location at the Luncheon!
