AREMA Educational Foundation Golf Tournament

Cancellation Policy: The AREMA Education Foundation Golf Tournament is a corporate event held in conjunction with the AREMA 2010 Annual Conference & Exposition and requires a separate registration fee. Participation in the Tournament does not convey any privileges at the Conference & Exposition and vice versa. Cancellation for the Tournament must be received in writing and confirmed by AREMA by July 30, 2010. A 25% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations or the individual may at his/her option donate the full registration fee to the AREMA Educational Foundation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 30, 2010. By returning this form with your payment you agree to this cancellation policy. Any refund will be processed after the Conference. Because this is a fundraising event, no refunds will be given should the tournament be rained out.
