Registration fee includes admission to all general sessions and the Exposition. Registration fee does not include meals, travel or accommodations. An extra fee applies for the Chairmen’s Annual Luncheon on Tuesday. All seminars & workshops require a separate fee.

CEU/ PIE & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS (PDH)
AREMA offers Continuing Education Credits for our seminars, workshops and selected conference sessions through a special agreement negotiated with the University of North Florida and the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. In addition to CEU credits, AREMA is offering Continuing Education Certificates through the New York Professional Engineers Program.
Professional Development Hours are earned for participating in this conference. Please note that your individual state board has the final authority on approving all Professional Development Hours for activities attended and other methods of earning credit. The PDH forms will be available at the Conference and can be picked up at the AREMA Registration Desk or online at www.arema.org after the conference. You will receive up to 13.0 Professional Development Hours for this conference.

Business casual attire is suggested.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing on or by July 21, 2010 to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for cancellations. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made
after July 21, 2010. If you are unable to attend the conference and have registered, substitutions may be made for a $60 processing fee.
