Daniel ShirleyDistinguished for his “tenor of lyrical allure and power,” Daniel Shirley has performed for a variety of opera organizations with performances in Griselda, Cyrano, Don Giovanni and many others. His professional debut was as Don Curzio in The Marriage of Figaro with Chautauqua Opera.

An accomplished concert artist, Daniel has performed pieces from Haydn, Mozart and Bach including Messiah, Mass in C Minor and Mass in B Minor.

Daniel is a graduate of the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where he portrayed Roméo in Roméo et Juliette and Ruggero in La Rondine.

Caitlin ShirleySoprano Caitlin Shirley is a member of the chorus of the Lyric Opera of Chicago, where she has performed in Boris Godunov and Aida, Macbeth, Lohengrin, and Carmen. She has also covered the roles of Laurie Moss in The Tender Land and of Mrs. Pearce in My Fair Lady.

Appearing in concert with orchestras throughout Indiana, Caitlin performed Mozart’s Great Mass in C Minor and Bach’s Mass in B Minor.

Caitlin received a Bachelor of Music from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where she performed the title role in Haydn’s La Canterina as well as Barbarina in Le nozze di Figaro.

She also holds a Master of Music degree from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she sang Ann Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor, Suor Genovieffa in Suor Angelica, and Mrs. Hayes in Susannah.
