Please Note:PowerPoint presentations and speeches are NOT acceptable as submitted Papers. If you wish to use PowerPoint slides to enhance the presentation of your Paper, you may do so. However, a full text-based Paper will be required for Publication. The requirement for a formal Paper may be waived, at the discretion of the Program Committee, for presenters proposing presentations in the Maintenance Functional Group area. Selected PowerPoint presentations may be published in the Proceedings. The AREMA Author’s Guide and Presenter’s Guide are available at www.arema.org.

Presenters are required to register for the AREMA Annual Conference. A reduced “Presenter Rate” is available.

In order to streamline style and make preparing your presentation easier, AREMA is instituting a new policy for PowerPoint presentations for the 2010 Annual Conference. Below you can download the official AREMA 2010 PowerPoint Master Slide template to be used for your presentation at the AREMA 2010 Annual Conference and Exposition.

The slide templates are available as Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 for Windows template (.potx) or Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 for Windows template (.pot) files. The 2007 version can be opened and used in PowerPoint 2003 for Windows (with the Office 2007 Compatibility Pack installed) and PowerPoint 2008 for Mac OS X.

As always, your company logo may appear on the first and last slides of your presentation.

Note:  Office 2003 (with 2007 Compatibility Pack) will not recognize the .potx file format when opening from Windows Explorer. It will work if you open PowerPoint 2003 and then open the template from within PowerPoint 2003.
