These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for AREMA publications. By ordering and accepting these publications, you agree to be bound by and comply with all provisions included herein.

AREMA member pricing applies to current AREMA members in good standing. Membership in AREMA is on an individual, not corporate basis. An order at “Member” pricing must be placed by an AREMA member who meets the above criteria.

Manuals, books, CD-ROMs, drawings, etc. published by AREMA are protected by USA and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved. Photocopying or reproduction by any means, electronic or otherwise, except for limited internal use of brief excerpts under the “Fair Use” provision, is strictly prohibited. Copyright violations are serious and will be pursued. For rulings on any contemplated reproduction under “Fair Use”, please contact AREMA Headquarters with a written description of the proposed use. Your acceptance of the order is implicit certification of your understanding of and compliance with these copyright provisions.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. Please verify that you are ordering the desired item.

Maryland Sales Tax (6%) will be added to all orders shipped to a Maryland address or picked up at the AREMA office.

All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Payments by check or bank institutions must be in U.S. Funds and drawn on a U.S. Bank. All conversion, bank, or administrative charges must be for the account of the buyer.

The sale of individual Manual Chapters and Sections is for the convenience of the purchaser. AREMA is not responsible for providing, or for the absence of, any cross-reference material that may not be available as the result of a purchase of an individual Manual Chapter or Section.
