Professional Development Hours

By attending the Symposium, you may earn up to 11.75 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). PDHs are available through AREMA’s relationship with the New York Professional Engineers (PIE) Program. Individuals needing PDHs for other states may self-declare using AREMA’s form.

Please note that your individual state board has the final authority on approving all Professional Development Hours for activities attended. The PDH forms will be available online at www.arema.org after the Symposium.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before April 14, 2022 to meetings@arema.org to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 14, 2022.  

Transfers may be made for a $60 processing fee by sending an email to meetings@arema.org. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution, which could include a member to a non-member registration fee.
