Professional Development Hours
By attending the Symposium, you may earn up to 13.25 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). PDHs are available through AREMA’s relationship with the New York Professional Engineers (PIE) Program. Individuals needing PDHs for other states may self-declare using AREMA’s form.
Please note that your individual state board has the final authority on approving all Professional Development Hours for activities attended. The PDH forms will be available online at www.arema.org after the Symposium.
To receive advance fee discount, paid registrations must be confirmed by January 9, 2020. After that date, the late fee will apply.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing on or before January 9, 2020 to email@example.com
to obtain a refund. A 20% processing fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of the reason. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after January 9, 2020.
Transfers may be made for a $60 processing fee by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution, which could include a member to a non-member registration fee.
