The Communications & Signals Manual is an annual publication released every October. It is a manual of recommended practice written by AREMA technical committees in the interest of establishing uniformity, promoting safety or efficiency and economy. This Manual makes recommendations representing current signal practices for new installations and for replacement on existing installations when general renewal or replacement is to be made. The Manual is available in print or CD-ROM format. Individual Sections are available in downloadable, PDF format.
