Board of Governors

The AREMA Board of Governors is the governing body of AREMA and is responsible for strategic direction and policy. The business and affairs of the Association shall be governed by the Board of Governors.

Functional Group Board of Directors

The Functional Group Board of Directors administers all Technical Committee operations. The Functional Groups shall monitor and give direction to their respective committees and shall establish the number of committees and the number and scope of committee assignments, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
